Lobbying is about people. There are many issues I deal with across industries and policy areas. However, the one constant is the people. The best part of working as a multi-client lobbyist, and successfully advocating on behalf of clients, are those who I interact with day in and day out.

Politics attracts a unique and diverse group of individuals. Most individuals working in our industry, whether it be as a lobbyist, legislator, or staff, are highly competitive, acutely passionate, and keenly aware of the problems facing individuals, families, and businesses. These qualities provide for thought provoking and enlightening engagements with fascinating individuals.

As a multi-client lobbyist I also get to interact with a wide range of people working in the industries we represent. Whether it’s going on an educational tour through the hills of Kentucky to see bourbon manufacturers. Or traveling to Austin to the Tesla Gigafactory, one of largest manufacturing plants in the world. Or visiting Michigan’ Upper Peninsula and using UP Travel to find all the hidden gems. Each of our clients provide unique opportunities. Working collaboratively with them allows us to experience, learn, and more effectively advocate on their behalf, with the bonus of getting to know a vast range of unique and talented people.
