Mr. Kim Rhead, Legislative Affairs and Public Policy Director at the Municipal Employees’ Retirement System of Michigan, was the winner of this year’s “MLC Election Briefing Contest.” At our bi-annual election briefing held on October 26, attendees were invited to participate by correctly guessing the outcomes of several federal and state races.
