Michigan residents will be able to access their immunization records through a new online portal launched by the Department of Health and Human Services. Those over the age of 18, with immunization records posted in the Michigan Care Improvement Registry, including COVID-19 vaccination, can access their record online. The portal was funded through CDC grant dollars. To ensure privacy, a resident has to create an account and upload a valid government issued photo ID.
