Public Service Commission Seeks Public Comment

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) issued several orders this week that seek comments from the public and utilities on the MPSC’s efforts to implement the state’s new energy laws. This includes, new rate case filing requirements, proposed changes to the forms and instructions used by utilities for certificate of necessity requests, and voluntary green pricing programs.
