The annual Tulip Time Festival will be held from May to May 13 in Holland, MI. On Wednesday, May 9 the festival will hold the Governor’s Tulip Time Festival Luncheon followed by the Volksparade which includes many of Michigan and the Dutch Embassy’s top government officials.
