Governor Whitmer just appointed two new judges to Michigan courts; Jason C. Bomia to the 10th District Court, and Sara Spencer-Noggle to the 21st Circuit Court.
Bomia will be working at the District Court in Calhoun County after previously practicing at Schroder DeGraw, PLLC in Monroe. He specializes in civil litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, and business law. The appointment is a partial term, meant to fill the remainder of Judge Samuel Durham Jr.’s term after he stepped down.
Spencer-Noggle will now be working in the Circuit Court in Isabella County, where she previously worked as a public defender and as a defense attorney at her private practice. Niggle will also be filling a partial term after Judge Paul Chamberlain stepped down July 31.
