State Representative Jewell Jones (D-Inkster) was selected to serve as Deputy House Democratic Caucus Chairperson, under the newly-elected Democratic Caucus Chairperson Representative Adam Zemke (D-Ann Arbor).
House Democratic Leader Sam Singh (D-East Lansing) selected Representative Stephanie Chang (D-Detroit) will serve as the House Democratic Caucus’ Constituent Services Chairwoman and Representative Donna Lasinski (D-Scio Township) will serve as the caucus’ Strategic Communications Chairwoman.
House Democratic Caucus Whip Representative Jeremy Moss (D-Southfield) selected the following legislators to serve as Assistant Whips; Representative Erika Geiss (D-Taylor), Representative Abdullah Hammoud (D-Dearborn), Representative Frank Liberati (D-Allen Park), Representative Sheldon Neeley (D-Flint), and Representative John Kivela (D-Marquette).
Lastly, Representative Winnie Brinks (D-Grand Rapids) who serves as the caucus’ Policy Chairwoman, announced that Representative Hammoud will serve as the Deputy Policy Chair for the House Democratic Caucus.
