- Supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2019, including adjustments within the Department of Health and Human Services to programs such as Medicaid.
- Expanding the Neighborhood Enterprise Zone property tax exemption to $120,000.
- A requirement that county boards of commissioners wishing to transfer power from an elected county board of road commissioners to themselves must place it on the ballot for voters to decide.
- Parent companies can operate telepharmacies in Michigan, when there is supervision by a pharmacist at the parent company.
- Childcare institutions must complete a fingerprint-based criminal history check for all staff members.
- The creation of a mental health hotline, which will be available 24/7.
- Insurers with over $500 million in annual premiums must establish an internal audit function.
