Attorney General Announces Executive Team

This week, Attorney General Dana Nessel announced the members of her executive team.

  • Kelly Keenan, Deputy Attorney General – Legal Counsel to Governor Granholm, private practice attorney, veteran of the Department of the Attorney General
  • Fadwa A. Hammoud, Solicitor General – Lead attorney in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office, trustee and treasurer of the Dearborn Public Schools Board of Education and the Henry Ford College Board
  • David Knezek, Director of Legislative Affairs – Former state senator and state representative, retired U.S. Marine
  • Kelly Rossman-McKinney, Communications Director – Former public relations firm owner and legislative staffer
  • Laura Moody, Chief of Staff – Served under four Attorneys General, staff attorney in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court Commissioner
  • Keisha Glenn, Auto Insurance Fraud Specialist – Assistant prosecuting attorney in Wayne County, private practice attorney, former chair of the Detroit Income Tax Board of Review
  • Ron Robinson, Civil Rights and Civil Litigation Practice Manager – Civil rights attorney, director of the Detroit Office for the Attorney General under fie administrations
  • Derrick Anderson, Special Assistant to the Attorney General – Wayne County Mental Health Authority recipient rights investigator, retired from the Detroit Police Department, worked for eight years as a DEA task force agent and FBI task force agent
  • Trinidad Lopez Pehlivanoglu, Senior Management Assistant to the Attorney General – Legal secretary supervisor and executive assistant to the chief legal counsel in the Attorney General’s office, legal assistant for the Eaton County Prosecutor’s office

Additionally, the Attorney General announced the new Solicitor General Fadwa A. Hammoud will take the lead on the criminal cases related to the Flint water crisis. Todd Flood, who was appointed three years ago by then-Attorney General Bill Schuette as the special prosecutor will report to Ms. Hammoud.
