The Michigan Supreme Court has appointed the chief judges of the various county, probate, and district courts throughout Michigan. Appointments include the Honorable Elizabeth L. Gleicher as chief judge of the Court of Appeals, for the two-year period commencing January 1, 2022. Under Michigan Court Rules, it’s the responsibility of the Supreme Court to select a judge to serve as chief judge for each of the trial courts. For a full list of appointments, please click here.
