Additionally, the Attorney General announced the new
Solicitor General Fadwa A. Hammoud will take the lead on the criminal cases
related to the Flint water crisis. Todd Flood, who was appointed three years
ago by then-Attorney General Bill Schuette as the special prosecutor will
report to Ms. Hammoud.
