District Overview
The 93^rd House District includes Clinton County and a portion of Gratiot County.

Commentary

House Speaker Tom Leonard (R) is serving his final term in this seat due to term limits. The district has a 60% Republican base and the winner of the Republican primary is favored to win in November.

Democratic Candidate:

Dawn Levey – Teacher

Republican Candidates:

Madhu Anderson – Deputy Director for the Michigan Agency for Energy, served as Governor John Engler’s Deputy State Treasurer
Graham Filler – Assistant Attorney General
Anne Hill – Works in manufacturing and transportation, former Clinton County Commissioner

Libertarian Candidate:

Tyler Palmer – Auto Body Shop owner
