District Overview

The 35^th House District is in Oakland County, including Lathrup Village, Southfield, and Southfield Township.

Commentary

Representative Jeremy Moss (D) chose to run for the State Senate instead of a third term in this seat. After previously serving two terms in this seat, Senator Vincent Gregory (D) served two terms in the State Senate. He is now back running in this seat for a third, and final, term. The district has an 82% Democratic base, making the primary race the one to watch for this seat.
