On Sunday, March 6 at 8 p.m., CNN will host a Democratic Presidential Primary Debate in Flint. The event is being held in the Whiting Auditorium and will be broadcast live on CNN.
On Monday, March 7, the Board of State Canvassers will meet to consider if three submitted recall petitions state factually and clearly the reason for recall. Petitions have been filed against Governor Rick Snyder, Lt. Governor Brian Calley, and State Senator Jim Stamas (R-Midland). They will also consider a new political party petition form submitted.
The House and Senate are scheduled to hold session Tuesday – Thursday.
The Michigan Presidential Primary elections will be held on Tuesday, March 8.
On Wednesday, March 9, the House Appropriations Judiciary Subcommittee will hear testimony on juvenile lifer resentencing.
