Legislation increasing the amount of state financial aid to high school graduates was signed into law this week by Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Part of the goal of the program is to help the State reach its Sixty by 30 goal, where 60% of adults in Michigan will have a skill certificate or college degree by 2030.
