The House and Senate are scheduled to hold their typical Tuesday – Thursday session schedule. On Wednesday, January 27 at 7 p.m., Governor Whitmer will deliver the annual State of the State address. We will post a full recap on the MLC blog that evening. House and Senate Committees are starting to meet.

Yesterday, Amanda Gorman, the first National Youth Poet Laureate, became the youngest person to read a poem at a presidential inauguration.
