Candidate Files Request for Recount

This week, Don Tilley, the Democratic candidate in the 96th House District, filed for a recount.  Mr. Tilley lost the primary race earlier this month by 912 votes.  He’s requesting a recount of two precincts within the district.  The 96th district is located in Bay County and has a 56.31% Democratic base.

Candidate Files Lawsuit
